Support That Meets You Where You Are

Therapy isn't about fixing who you are. It's about creating space to better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more connected, capable, and confident.

who I support

children

Children often communicate their thoughts and feelings through play long before they have the words to express them. In play therapy, children are given a developmentally appropriate space to explore emotions, work through challenges, and make sense of difficult experiences.

Through curiosity, creativity, and play, they build confidence, discover their strengths, and develop skills that support them well beyond the playroom.

teens

The teenage years bring incredible growth, but they can also come with unique challenges. From academic pressures and social relationships to anxiety, identity, family dynamics, and life's everyday stressors, therapy offers a place where teens can feel heard, understood, and accepted. I strive to create an authentic relationship where teens feel comfortable being themselves—and where humor is always welcome.

My goal is to help teens better understand themselves, discover their strengths, and feel confident navigating the challenges of adolescence and the transition into adulthood.

Life doesn't always unfold the way we expect. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to change, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with intention.

Together, we'll explore what's holding you back, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and work toward greater balance, healing, and fulfillment.
